GDPR Information

ReincarcareOnline.ro fully complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018 implementing it. This page is a practical guide – what rights you have, how to use them, and where to complain if things go wrong.

Data controller

What data we process

Only the minimum needed to deliver the service: email, phone number, payment confirmation, and technical data (IP, user agent, timestamp) used for logs and fraud prevention.

The seven rights

As a data subject you have the following rights (GDPR Arts. 15-22):

  1. Access (Art. 15) – request a free copy of the data we hold about you.
  2. Rectification (Art. 16) – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure (Art. 17) – request deletion when no legal retention duty applies.
  4. Restriction of processing (Art. 18) – temporary block in case of dispute.
  5. Portability (Art. 20) – receive your data in a structured format (JSON / CSV).
  6. Objection (Art. 21) – object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
  7. Consent withdrawal – unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter or other promotional communications.

How to exercise a right

Send a written request to support@reincarcareonline.ro with the subject “GDPR request – [right]”. Our response deadline is up to 30 days from receipt (GDPR Art. 12(3)), extendable by two further months for complex requests – in which case we inform you within the first 30 days. To prevent identity impersonation, we may ask for confirmation from the email used at order time.

Profiling and automated decisions

ReincarcareOnline.ro does not carry out automated profiling with legal effects on users (GDPR Art. 22).

If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to address the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP):
