How does ReincarcareOnline.ro work?
In four steps: (1) pick the service (mobile carrier or Focus Sat), (2) enter the phone number and email, (3) pay with your preferred method, (4) receive the voucher code by email. For direct top-up, the recharge applies automatically on the chosen number.
What delivery times are typical?
Under one minute for mobile top-ups and Focus Sat vouchers, measured from payment confirmation. Card / PayPal payments are practically instant; Bitcoin payments take 5-10 seconds via Lightning Network, or roughly 10 minutes on-chain (waiting for the first blockchain confirmation).
Which carriers are supported for mobile top-up?
The four major Romanian carriers: Orange, Vodafone, Telekom and Digi Mobil. For each we offer both direct top-up (automatic application) and code voucher (for customers who prefer manual entry).
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal with Google Pay and Apple Pay support, plus Bitcoin via Lightning Network or on-chain (processed by BTCPay Server).
Does the site store my card data?
No. Payment is fully redirected to the partner’s PCI-DSS-certified gateway. We only receive the transaction confirmation – never the card number, CVV or expiration date.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Top-ups by phone number, Focus Sat smart card and digital vouchers cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. No refunds are issued after the order is processed. This is stated explicitly at checkout and is in line with consumer law for digital goods (Romanian GEO 34/2014, Art. 16 lit. m, transposing EU Directive 2011/83). Exception: in case of duplicate payment or if the voucher/top-up could not be processed due to our fault, we issue a full refund.
The voucher didn’t arrive. What should I check?
Three steps: (1) the Spam/Junk folder in your email client, (2) that the email address entered at checkout is correct, (3) the payment confirmation email. If still missing, contact us with the order number and we resend manually.
Can I use the service for business?
No. ReincarcareOnline.ro is for end consumers. We detect commercial patterns (high volumes, multiple accounts, repeating IPs) and cancel those transactions. For business contracts, write separately to support@reincarcareonline.ro.
Is there a KYC check?
For routine transactions, no. For large cumulative amounts (above EUR 1,000 / month) or suspicious transactions we may request identity verification under Romanian Law 129/2019 on the prevention of money laundering. Refusal to cooperate leads to transaction cancellation and refund.
Do I get a fiscal invoice?
The order receipt is generated automatically at checkout and attached to the email with the voucher.
